Use a Refrigerator in Your Garage for Extra Food Storage
Running out of storage space in your current refrigerator? Purchase an extra one for the garage. Since the refrigerator is a secondary one, it does not have to be like one you would put in your kitchen – a basic model will do.
Refrigerator Features
Some refrigerators have additional features such as pull out bins and water/ice dispensers which are nice but not essential for a garage refrigerator. The key is having adjustable shelves that can be removed or adjusted according to your food storage needs and a big enough freezer to store frozen foods.
Refrigerator Finishes
Another thing you might want to consider is the color of the refrigerator. There is no need to spend the extra money on a stainless steel refrigerator for the garage and a white refrigerator will show dirt more. Go with a black refrigerator that won’t obviously show wear and tear as much as the other two colors.

This is a great idea. I have a fridge in my garage that we use whenever we watch a game in there since the kids might be playing video games in the living room or watching a movie.
